Missed Camp Days, Leaving Early, Arriving Late

We know that campers sometimes have other obligations during camp hours. As much as possible, devote your child's schedule to camp as they'll receive the greatest benefit by attending all day everyday.

If it is necessary for your child to miss a day of camp, arrive late, or leave early, text the number above (833-241-4107) at least
24 hours in advance.

Provide in your text the name of your child, grade just completed, and what day/time your child will be absent.

Cell Phone Policy

For Middle Schoolers:

Middle schoolers will leave their phones in a shoe rack in the lodge each day. Cell phones will only be accessed periodically at the discretion of leaders.

For Elementary Kids:

Cell phones may be carried by campers in their backpacks. Phones will not be used by elementary campers during the day. If there is an emergency, camp staff will contact you using their phones.

Behavioral Expectations

This is a faith-based day camp, and we expect our campers to treat one another with the understanding that all people are made in the image of God. We expect campers to treat each other responsibly and respectfully. Disrespectful behavior, swearing, and any attempt of violent behavior will not be tolerated.

At all times during camp, we abide by our camp covenant:
